| Director of the Institute of Society Transformation Oleh Soskin predicts, that the 2003 will be extremely difficult in economic and financial sphere. He said, "there hasn’t ever been such a weak government, as the present one. This is a laymen’s government, it can’t cope with a crisis situation becoming uncontrolled. All the second half of December NBU sold its gold to support hryvnia (UAH)". |
