| Leonid Kuchma, the President of Ukraine signed the Decree "On year of Russian Federation in Ukraine" (№1220/2002) on December 25, 2002. The taxes and the tax system in Ukraine have already been written about so much that real collected works could be published. There is even more of that said from many tribunes and at various levels. Nevertheless, the tax system of our country, despite the assurances of the creators of that system of their aspiration to promote the improvement of society's well-being, was and remains the means of looting that very society. |

| Which way does Ukraine choose: the raising of communofascism |
Our attention was attracted by the publications in the newspaper «Day» of April 30, 1998 on the subjects of totalitarian state, fascism, extremist displays of political character. We consider the paper enlightened issues of prospects for imposing fascism (to be more exact - communofascism) upon Ukrainian society, of possibilities for military-based totalitarian regime to come to power in Ukraine, to be topical. However, in our opinion, there is no threat of spreading of totalitarian ideology in today's Ukraine like it was in Italy in 1920-40 or in Germany in 1930-40, therefore the given issue should be analyzed from another standpoint. |
