Antonina Matviychuk
Editor-in-chief of the Economic Annals-XXI Journal
Antonina Matviychuk was born in Kyiv. She got higher education at the economic faculty of Taras Shevchenko Kiev National University, which she finished in 1981 and obtained honours diploma. Antonina entered to postgraduate studies of Kiev National Economic University, which she finished in 1985 with defence of the candidate dissertation, dedicated to the problems of the countries’ development of the Central and the East Europe. She has a scientific candidate's degree in Economics in speciality of economist – specialist in international relations.
Since then during 10 years Matviychuk Antonina had worked in Kiev University of Engineering and Building at the department of the economic theory. She passed a way from an assistant to the senior lecturer.
Antonina has been an Executive Director of Institute of Society Transformation (IST) – non-state scientific and analytic Center since 1995, and she has been the Editor-in-chief of The Economic Annals-XXI Journal, which is published by IST, since 1996.
In 1999 she passed training in Netherlands in speciality "Local self-government" (Certificate of the Netherlands Municipality Association).
She studied by the program "Advisers for reforms" in Canada in 2000 (Certificate in "Municipal reforms").
Matviychuk Antonina has over 30 scientific works. She is working at a scientific topic "Ways of competitiveness increase: the world experience and the possibilities of his introduction in Ukraine".
Married. The daughter teaches in National academy of management.
