Oleh Soskin’s speech devoted to 8 years commemoration of tragedy during funeral ceremony over Volodymyr, his Holiness the Patriarch of Kyiv and all Ukraine-Rus
Eight years have passed since the tragedy during the funeral ceremony over Patriarch Volodymyr. On July 18, 1995 at the Sophia Circus – saint site for the Ukrainians – evil forces unchained by anti-national regime organized anti-Ukrainian and anti-Christian bloody orgy. A massacre for laity was arranged during the burial procession over Volodymyr (Romaniuk), his Holiness the Patriarch of Kyiv and all Ukraine-Rus successor in title of his Holiness the Patriarch Mstyslav, the one who initiated joining of Ukrainian Orthodoxy into United Local Orthodox Church. Even atheistic communist regime could not do it. Sectarian clan, which we call power, has let its tentacles out all over the state and saturated with Christian blood disgraced itself by outrage upon remains of Ukrainian Orthodoxy believers’ pastor. Then there were murders of Evhen Scherban and his wife, the Verkhovna Rada deputy Vadyn Hetman, more and more deaths.
Eight years have passed! Were the soldiers of evil that send them to crucify the Christians-Ukrainians like Herod chastised? Could Ukrainian authorities crucify own people and its beliefs? The answer is NO! So, do the Ukrainians need such anti-Ukrainian regime, power of foreigners, who build synagogues at Orthodox Dnipro slopes and Ukrainian fields; the power which supports sinful Moscow Church, that served Satanic legions of the KGB in Soviet times.
A decree of June 15, 2003 (№ 362-р) adopted by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine made the Saint Panteleimon women convent (Ukrainian Orthodox Church) owner of the church of All Saints buildings and let free rent of manufacturing annex in line with the other facilities of single research-industrial complex belonging to the Institute of General Energetic (NASU) in Kyiv (23, Lebedeva Str.). Moscow Church owns the majority of Ukrainian cloisters including notorious Kyivo-Pecherska Lavra. This sacred place is placed at complete and uncontrolled disposal of foreign Church. There are no words to express the sorrow for the developments in Kyivo-Pecherska Lavra, which owing to anti-Ukrainian power also belongs to Moscow Church blamed not only for moral and theological aspects but also for dubious commercial affairs. The power and Moscow Church decided even to carry out absurd event from religious point of view, the so-called religious procession “on earth and in heaven” planned for July 21 - 28. Moscow fellows will fly from Kyiv to Sevastopol, Luhansk, Rivne, Pochaev, Uzhgorod and Odessa. The Moscow Church and the ruling mode hide their union no more and try to turn the religion into commercial show. Is such attitude to faith, God, moral peculiar to the Ukrainians? The answer is NO!
Ukrainian people have been silent like the slaughter sheep again. Having felt the taste of blood the bandocracy mode initiated the chain reaction of massacres. Single crimes weren’t enough for it. And consequently evil legions organized carnage on March 9, 2001, Taras Shevchenko commemoration day! Cosmopolites who made up clan-mob groups headed by the “Father in God” in our state were barefaced enough to place a wreath on Taras Shevchenko monument.
Later G.Gongadze, O.Olexandrov were also murdered. Consecution and the scope of total pursuit and anarchy increase fast. Who is next? The bandocracy mode doesn’t recognize the citizens as persons and the Ukrainians are a flock of sheep for it. Everyone could be a slaughter sheep. We could just guess what is the next massacre this power is going to arrange. Nobody of us could feel safe today. Therefore we, the Ukrainians, notwithstanding the religion and ethnic origins should stop the group servants of Moscow and cosmopolites. We, Ukrainian people, are the only force able to beat this infection, which exhausts all creativity from our saint lands. Ukrainian people, you are the only force to save sanctified soul of our Fatherland.
Recognizing the danger threatening Ukraine, the UNCP consistently urges to:
- unite Ukrainian orthodox Churches into Single Local Ukrainian Orthodox Church with Patriarchy in Kyiv;
- carry out lustration of all staff and out-of-staff KGB workers, introduce access to files of every Ukrainian and ability to make them public;
- remove the Moscow KGBist Church which pretends to be Ukrainian but is controlled by the Russian Patriarchy in Moscow from Ukrainian territories;
- call to account those who gave orders for beating during the burial procession for Volodymyr on July 18, 1995 and on March 9, 2001, Taras Shevchenko commemoration day;
- release political prisoners from custody;
- make public names of the food-stuff crisis organizers and punish them.
However the main demand is resignation of L.Kuchma being responsible for all the tragedies in Ukraine under his regime.
I am sure that on the verge of millennium Ukrainian people will utilize its historical chance to create independent, national, orthodox Ukraine with the title nation being fundamental for development of the society and able to make a push for development of human civilization! I am fully confident that we will win! God and Ukraine are with us!
