Ukrainian National Conservative Party said that result second round of presidential election in Ukraine in favor of Viktor Yanukovych caused huge doubts. Especially in such regions as Donetsk, Lugansk, Kharkiv, and the Crimea. So without scrutiny of ballot papers and the protocols in these regions can not recognize the President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych. Also should be cheeked the results of the voting for Yulia Tymoshenko in such regions as Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Volyn. Such cross-checking of ballot papers is very important for the further democratic development of Ukraine, because it testified that elections in our country have been without falsification

During the second round of presidential elections that took place under strict opposition, Yulia Tymoshenko positioned himself as the candidate focused on the Euro-Atlantic choice of Ukraine, Viktor Yanukovych - in alliance with Russia, subjection of the Ukrainian state to the Russian Federation. But V.Yanukovych won 50% of the votes plus 1 vote of those who came to election constituency, to vote for him, according to preliminary data, only 48.95% of voters, according to Y.Tymoshenko - 45.47% (recall that in the first round of the elections of the President of Ukraine V.Yanukovych won 35.32% of the votes, Y.Tymoshenko - 25.05%), and therefore he is not legitimate President in accordance with legal norms. These election results also indicate that V.Yanukovych has not received approval from the Ukrainian people to have to give Russian the status of the state, to convey our gas transportation system of Russia, to create a free economic zone with the Russian Federation, to stop the process of integration of Ukraine into NATO and European Union.

The fact to raise doubts that the percentage of voters who do not support any candidate was unchanged (4.36%) during the entire counting, moreover, this figure was virtually the same in the all regions of Ukraine. It is likely that the mutilated ballot and ballots with a mark “does not endorse any candidate” were counted in favor of one or another presidential contender. This fact also requires validation.

Ukrainian National Conservative Party, which represents the liberal, the patriotic and the conservative forces right-wing believes that unless you made a thorough verification second round of presidential elections, can not recognize the victory of Viktor Yanukovych. We would like to stress once again that he did not get carte blanche from the majority of Ukrainian citizens in a geopolitical and geo-economic changes in Ukraine. The real intent of the new President, his disposition towards European and Euro-Atlantic integration of Ukraine and the strengthening of democratic principles of development can attest to his only real steps towards changing the electoral system.
