The elections of the new President soon will take place in Ukraine. A lot of politicians, political parties and citizens gradually begin to be pulled in presidential races. The names of some persons, which have declared officially, that they will take part in elections as candidates on presidential position, are already known. In this period it is very important to realize previous long-term experience of election campaigns and find out failings, because of which Ukrainian society did not succeed in bringing to the post of the President of Ukraine a strong moral personality, a creator, but not destroyer, a man, who is able to assume responsibility and to implement reforms of Euro-Atlantic format. It is also important to form in consciousness of Ukrainian citizens an appearance of successful Ukrainian President, and to outline the features, that should be inherent in a real leader of our state, who will lead the process of forming Ukrainian Independent Cathedral state, which is developing on Christian principles and builds the Euro-Atlantic model of development.
The incorrect approaches to the presidential elections
First. From renewal of independence of Ukraine, from 1991 year, the supporters of the Christian Cathedral Independent Euro-Atlantic State failed to nominate its candidate who would win the presidential elections. So it was in 1992 year, when the state’s national-patriotic forces adapted to different tactical unions with the representatives of communist-kadebist and clan-gangster nomenclatures. Exactly then a matrix of presidential campaign was made, which was built on principle «you need to choose the less evil». It meant in practice, that statesmen, national patriots, conservator-traditionalists, went to the union with the representatives of communist-clan forces, actually dividing positions of communist nomenclature. Exactly in 1992 year, when we had a real chance to choose Ukrainian President, national-patriotic and state forces did not unite round the one candidate, for example Vjyatsheslav Chornovol. And in patriotic electorate began to appear the first signs of self conquering, betrayal, schismatic actions, corruption. As a result, national state forces experienced a defeat in all next electoral campaigns – both presidential and parliamentary. A formation in Ukraine the regime of gangster democracy – cosmopolitan and clan oligarchic, was a result of mistaken actions of nationally state forces.
Especially dangerous, for existence of Ukraine, was a situation which was made after an „ orange revolution”, when incorporated forces of gangster democracy succeeded in conducting on higher domineering positions „wolves in sheep hides”. In fact V.Yuschenko and Yu.Timoshenko (Grigyan) –are supporters of kuchma’s clan regime. And today, after almost five years of their ruling, the basic foundations of Kuchma-Kravchuk’s regime are practically restored in a new version. Not without reason Yushchenko called Kuchma his «father».
There are ponderable public and political forces today in Ukraine, which professed the socio-economic model of people‘s capitalism, based on a national lower middle and middle class, and its goal is building of the Ukrainian Cathedral Independent Euro-Atlantic State of Christian type. These nationally state forces, which occupy all right natural habitat, must renounce a support of alien candidates in presidents which actually present the rapacious occupying regime in Ukraine, and from practice of choosing «the less evil», and from orientation on leaders which became popular through verbiage, but not through the real actions. When state national forces act emotionally, admiring the external signs but not seeing the hidden evil behind the bright scenes, then in place of Ukrainian President of Euro-Atlantic type on imperious olimp comes the representative of communist-kadebist clan, which professed cosmopolitan views.
Second. The objective criteria of estimation the president and line of his portrait has not produced yet in Ukraine. The mechanism of searching the Presidential candidate in Ukraine, that can solve strategic tasks of Ukrainian nation and state, is not developed. There is no understanding among all layers of Ukrainian elite and ordinary citizens, that candidate on presidential position need to be checked for solving this or that general strategic purpose which a country wants to attain with help of this new president. It is impossible to follow the principle„to choose the less evil» when the president is being chosen. The usage of such algorithm leads to death of the country.
Based on the above enumerated approaches, it is possible to make a conclusion, that well-known personalities, as Yushchenko, Yanukovych, Yacenyuk, Timoshenko (Grygyan), Tyagnybok, Grucenko, Simonenko, Litvin, Chernoveckiy, Katerynchuk, Konovalyuk, Moroz and others, are artificial substitute products, which are named a „legion”. None of them can solve the main geostrategical task – to make the correct choice of model of geostrategical development of Ukraine, lay its foundations.
Third. The ruling layer, and now wide layers of society in Ukraine, have not determined until now, what geostrategical model of development to choose – Eurasian, neutral-isolating or Euro-Atlantic. Before electing the President of Ukraine, the biggest part of Ukrainian society and heads of state power must make the final geostrategical choice, one of three noted variants of development. The realization of selected model must be both the Program of actions of president and choice of the president.
Three geostrategical models of development: the choice for Ukraine
The Eurasian model of development asserts super and the patronage tendencies from Russia in relation to Ukraine. This model characterized by clan-corporate regime of state-monopoly capitalism of dependent kompradorsky type which forms the bipolar social structure of society: 3–4% very rich and 75% poor. It is a model of carnival people, where the middle class is absent, and lower middle and middle national class – weak and deprived of the Ukrainian rod. Forming of Eurasian confederation with a center in Moscow can become the practical realization of this model. In this version Ukraine with Kazakhstan and Belarus will have secondary positions. Functioning within the framework of Eurasian confederation for three adopted countries afterwards will result in one investigation – loss of the state system and transformation on Russian dominions.
Neutral- isolating (Neutral) model of development provides for „support on own forces”. Whether we can save the Ukrainian state and national identity, following such main base principle, when, from one hand - a globalizing world where boundaries are washed out, and from the other hand – there is a violent confrontation between the different civilization systems for strategic geo-economical and geopolitical space. The Euro-Atlantic system expands its borders today, opening doors to the countries of Eastern and Central Europe. NATO and EU are present on western, southern and actually on the northern (from this international organizations we are separated only by Belarus) boundaries of Ukraine. Besides we can not forget that our state is an important element of the Baltic-Black Sea axis, but countries, located on its northern and southern parts, have already gained membership in NATO. There are only four states, which belong to middle and southern parts of Baltic-Black Sea, such as: Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and Georgia, are still out of Alliance. Thus, Euro-Atlantic space as NATO and EU widely enough wrapped Ukraine. At the same time, there is Russia on the east from us, which personalize itself as a center of Eurasian civilization. In essence, Moscow revives a very dangerous genome „Russia is the third Rome, and the fourth will never be”. And we actually found ourselves in a «grey area» between two powerful geopolitical systems – Euro-Atlantic and Eurasian. Early or late these two systems will tear Ukraine to pieces on the Dnepr’s line. It is not the first time in the history of Ukraine, to verify this it is enough to do a simple retrospective analysis.
From the economic point of view, neutrality for us is an utopian model, as it provides for safe conducts from the large states, or rely on own strength. There is no reason to expect that the large states will give us the security blanket. If orient at rebuilding of our own safety system, on development of defensive, army and military-industrial complex, we will need to spend at least 50% of annual volume of gross domestic product. In today‘s measuring it is 400 milliards of UAH, or $50 milliards. It is clear, that Ukrainian people will not withstand such loading.
Euro-Atlantic model - is the third possible way of Ukrainian development which foresees its entering into NATO and EU. It is significant that post-communist and post-soviet countries during the last decade have made unbelievable efforts, to become competent members of NATO. Why did the states of Central and East Europe press towards to join NATO and filed the application for admission? The reason is unique and clear enough: NATO gives to its members considerable advantages. The first, in case when one country, which is the member of the Alliance, is being aggressively attacked, all members of organization automatically stand on its protection and deprecate in the armed form against the aggressor. Second, in NATO all issues are solved by consensus. If one country denies some decision - it will not be adopted. Thirdly, membership in Alliance guarantees to the country not only national, military-political but also economic safety. Fourthly, it is a considerable economy on own military expenses. Ukrainian membership in NATO will create favorable conditions to attract investment from all countries-members. The middle class of the country have the biggest interest in Euro-Atlantic integration. It suffers the most from instability and unpredictability, and NATO - is the format of sustainable development. In a socio-economic side Euro-Atlantic model foresees forming of the powerful middle class (75% population of country), the basis of which is a lower middle and middle national class.
Depending on the selected geostrategical model of development it is needed to determine the portrait of future President of Ukraine: those features which he must have, and those which under no circumstances must not have.
Forth. Ukrainian presidential elections can not be given to old people, who are forming the most active segment of electoral base and they are usually vote for sickly, indefinite, faint-hearted, corrupted president-werewolf. The number of pensioners in our country is 13, 4 million persons. It almost 38% of all electors of Ukraine, and considerable part of them are nuts about communist stereotypes and desire to get some money and food ration for their voice. In the conditions of savage clan corporate capitalism there has been a mutation of former „khomosovetikusa” on „Sharikova-shvondera”. Because of corruptibility and passivity of a considerable part of the Ukrainian citizens the same presidents become the head of the state. As they say, every nation has such president as the nation itself.
It is necessary to start building Euro-Atlantic model, to lead out Ukraine on the way of the successful development. Such a difficult geostrategical project can be realized by the president who is Euro-Atlantic, and who is ready to introduce in Ukraine a number of system reforms.
Criteria of estimation and features of the portrait of Ukrainian President
The future president must meet some spiritual, moral, political and psychological requirements, to focus its activities at the development of the Euro-Atlantic Cathedral Independent Ukrainian State of Christian type.
Main moments: The president of Ukraine must be, at first, an example for Ukrainian society, as he presents the Ukrainian state, forms and realize its geostrategic choice; secondly, he is voice and apologist of socio-economic model of national capitalism, which is the basis of Euro-Atlantic model of development.
The president of Ukraine must have such features:
1. Age from 45 to 65 years;
2. Physical and psychical salubrity (healthy secret „myself”, that consists of base necessities, dreams, plans, hidden aims, psychological settings, complexes and others like that);
3. High level of intellect;
4. Confession of traditional Christian values;
5. Honesty, emotional firmness;
6. Self-confidence, ambition, aspiration for success, energy, capacity for work;
7. The modest way of life, internal organic disgust for a luxury, absence in character of Epicureanism and harmful habits (smoking, drinking of a strong drinks, listening to music, in a style of voice cacophony and gaming for money);
8. Ability to listen to people and communicate with an ordinary Ukrainians;
9. Ability of compassion and live by the interests of the Ukrainian people, Ukrainian nation.
10. Wide consciousness opened to the changes, aspiration for permanent perfection, ability to resist failures, to admit errors and with dignity correct them.
11. Disgust from the surplus personal safety (surroundings itself by guards, by the hardwares of safety and others like that).
12. Confession and observance of domestic values.
13. Non-partyness, stopping the membership in the party.
14. Successful experience of activity and guidance by the people, system-defined, manufacturing and informative intellect.
15. Ability to encourage personnel into business and realize fair criticism, to get like-minded persons to take part in work, to create collective products, to hear and to listen to, to make decision on the base of different points view.
16. He must have skills to distribute the tasks effectively and to lead the time.
17. Readiness to conduct lustration and clean society.
The basic values and vital credo of Ukrainian President must be: God, Family, Nation and State.
The President of Ukraine must be:
- a nationalist-statesmen, Euro-Atlantic, right traditionalist;
- a system manager;
- independent at making decision;
- an arbiter (to stand above a collision, to be a coordinator);
- an organizer-pragmatist, and the professional of high level;
- a creative person, but not a destroyer;
- an innovator;
- a leader and a head – simultaneously in one person;
- a strategist which have the tactic for realization of the perspective programs.
Ukrainian society needs the president-stayer (but not the sprinter) which would realize «a heat on a long distance», to conduct system, deep transformations in Ukraine.
For the Ukrainian President it is impossible:
- to have a kleptomania and disposition to the corruption;
- to be tried, sexually corrupted, perverting, to keep to the untraditional orientation;
- to have a «doll» syndrome (to depend on «dear friends», wife, relatives, and others);
- to keep to principles of “godfather of one‘s child”, match-making, tribalism at the decision of professional and skilled questions;
- to have the limited outlook of a farmer type, which characterized by insularity, abusiveness, vindictiveness, enviousness, inferiority complex;
- to be lying and insidious;
- to have a complex of „bonapartism” and „ narcissism”;
- to be a banker or have a „complex of uncle”;
- to belong to secret service of State Security Committee;
- to be a conformist, revisionist, opportunist.
Features which can not be inherent to the Ukrainian President:
- surplus suspiciousness, mistaken conviction that if you are a swindler, than all around you are too (it leads to a violence and control of the personal life of society and introduction of police institutes, which limit to the people’s freedom);
- disbelief in ability of the inferiors;
- ignorance of the necessities and interests of people;
- not clear personal values;
- aborted self-development;
- low ability to form creative not controlled groups.
Today, before the elections of the new Ukrainian President, there is a necessity to launch in the society a national-wide discussion on this question, it means to begin something like „bride-shows”. The presidential candidate, who will suit all criteria enumerated before, must be searched by all Ukraine. Unless drawing in public consciousness the complex portrait of the president, who will be able to lead out Ukraine on the way of the civilized Euro-Atlantic development, than it will be impossible to nominate the candidate who will suit all the strategic tasks of Ukrainian nation. That is why the priority direction in the activity of the state national-patriotic conservative (traditionalist) forces today must be the unification of the efforts in order to find a candidate, who more or less suits foregoing tasks and parameters and who will not be the „less evil”, but the first Ukrainian President who has the Ukrainian roots at least from 1650 year, this means from times of Bogdan Khmelnitsky. Exactly then Ukraine was formed as the European independent state of Christian type.
So, we need a successful president who stands on the positions of good, but not evil - for the decision of general geostrategical task – building of the Euro-Atlantic Independent Cathedral Ukrainian State of Christian type.
