We believe that election of truly national parliament in Ukraine is endangered by the existence of electoral barriers, which cause unfair elections and make them unconstitutional. It is known, that in general 18% electors voted for the parties and blocks, which did not overcome 4% barrier on 2002 parliamentary elections. It means that approximately 5 million Ukrainian citizens were not politically represented in the Verchovna Rada of Ukraine. More »»

The situation in Ukraine has worsened at 3.00 at night on 22nd November, when the head of the Central electoral committee S. Kivalov factually took the part of the ruling regime. He does not carry out an objective counting f votes, does not pay attention to the statements of the opposition relative to the mass falsifications in Donetsk, Lugansk, Kharkiv, Zaporizha regions and Autonomous republic of Crimea.
